How to update the credit card on file?

How to Update the Credit Card on File

To update your credit card information with UsenetServer, follow these steps:

  1. Access the User Control Panel
    Visit UsenetServer's login page and enter your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Payment Options
    After logging in, select "Payment Methods" from the left-side navigation panel.

  3. Add or Update Credit Card

    • To add a new credit card, click on "Add New Payment Methods" and input the required details. The new card will then appear as an additional payment method.

  • To update an existing credit card, click "Update" under the Actions header and enter the updated information for the current card on record.
  1. Set Primary Payment Method
    Click "Make Primary" to designate the new or updated card as the primary payment method for account renewals. Previously designated primary cards cannot be removed until the new card has been billed at least once.

  2. Finalize the Process

    • If your account is active, you may log out and continue using the service.

    • If your account is inactive, return to the Account Home and select "Make a Credit Card Payment" to reactivate your subscription.

    • If your account is on hold, contact UsenetServer support for assistance. For verification, include your Customer ID number or the username and email address associated with your account.
