Confirm Server Hostname and Login

Use news.usenetserver.com. Make sure your credentials are current and entered exactly.

Use Encrypted Ports

Enable SSL and connect through port 563. If your ISP blocks it, try port 443.

Disable Network Security Software Temporarily

Antivirus or firewall programs may block access. Turn them off to test, and then add exceptions for your newsreader.

Test Different Network Environment

Try a different network (e.g., mobile hotspot) to isolate the issue.
