Fixing Common Issues
Repair Process Stuck
A frozen par2
process can prevent progress. Open your task manager, kill the par2
task, and allow SABnzbd to continue. Manually verify the item marked as failed.
No Progress After Adding NZB
Confirm:
-
Server name and port for UsenetServer are correctly entered
-
Authentication details are accurate
-
Indexer access is functioning
-
Network access isn’t being restricted by a VPN or firewall
Slow Throughput
Switch between SSL (563) and non-SSL (119) ports. UsenetServer supports up to 20 secure connections. Experiment with fewer threads for stability or more threads for maximum speed.
Unpacking Does Not Start
Check that post-processing scripts are enabled and that the temporary folder is writable. Logs will show detailed reasons if verification or unpacking does not complete.
