Cancellations can be done through your control panel: 

Please log into your control panel and click on Payment Methods. The Cancel Your Account and Cancel Your VPN links are located on the bottom right of this page.


For other cancellation questions or requests, please contact our support team. In order to verify that the request is coming from the account holder, please include the following: full name, email address you supplied at sign-up, username, and the last 4 digits of the credit card used to bill the account.

If you choose to cancel your account, please provide us with a reason for doing so. We value and appreciate your feedback and use it to continuously improve our service!
