Troubleshooting Steps
1. Power Cycle First
Restart your system before installing. This can prevent many common errors.
2. Check for OS Compatibility
Supported platforms: Windows 10+, macOS 11+, Android 8.0+, iOS 13+
3. Use Admin Mode
On Windows: Right-click and choose Run as Administrator
On macOS: Approve installation in System Preferences > Security & Privacy
4. Remove Previous VPN Software
Fully uninstall older VPN clients and remove their data folders.
5. Use a Stable Internet Connection
Avoid Wi-Fi issues by switching to wired or mobile hotspot if installation fails repeatedly.
6. Get a New Copy of the App
Re-download the latest VPN version from your UsenetServer account dashboard.
